-a whole lot of them having moved in between Cheyenne and State of Minasota

-but with a considerable Cheyenne and Arapaho minority

-Sioux originally held Black Hills but that was removed after the gold rush

-consisting mostly of "Hunsher", or half-Chinese half-white, and half-Japanese half-White known as Aynuco

Passupah

-capital of the state

-city and frankly only city of any note within the state

-contains government offices which are biggest employer within the city

-also tourism industry

-both centered around spectacular locale of Black Hills

-and its Country folders/United States/Economy/Mineral rushes > Black Hills Gold Rush (1902)

Details

-very pastoral and low-density place

-epitome of the Interior

-attempts to settle it more fail due to Polvamiento

-91.1% of land in the state is owned by the federal government

-somewhat lower if you don't include reservations

-a lot of this is used for the testing of pupillary bombs and other weapons to the horror of the state government

-only city of any note is Passupah

-around it is a national park (Black Hills)

-controversy over state being a state at all

-with it having gotten it in high boom years which collapsed eventually

-great amount of territory east of Black Hills is Sioux reservation

-which is pretty well connected with rest of state

-despite perennial controversy of Black Hills cession having been done by ignoring treaty and imposing another

-Sioux have right to elect a non-voting delegate to the Senate
